Depends on your HVAC system- for ideal loads you just turn it on. Have you checked the documentation for this? it is search able and is typically the best starting point- then you might post your questions in interpretation of the documentation, or better yet read the documentation then give what it says a try, run your model a few times until you have done all you can think of then post a request to help you figure out a problem that has a .err and .idf, along with your specific question about interpretation of the documentation..
