The fan will operate only if the zone exceeds the setpoint temperature. Did your control zone temperature go outside that setpoint?

Hi,
To comply with the item G3.1.2.4 Fan Sytem Operation from ASHRAE 90.1-2007, where the fan needs to operate continuosly whenever spaces are occupied and shall cycled to meet heating and cooling loads during unoccupied hours, I used the AvailabilityManager:NightCycle tool with control type CycleOnControlZone. However checking the annual results, the fan didn't cycle at any time during unnocupied hour. Does anyone know what happened? I have tried use the fan type ON/OFF to comply with the item, but the result was the same.
