Well, that is how you would find it.

The dropdown in EP-Launch is only for "already used" files -- is that where the confusion is coming in?

You need to make sure the file is actually there -- use Window Explorer or something.

Otherwise, I can't imagine -- EP-Launch is usually immediate in what it sees in the folder.
