[EnergyPlus_Support] Problem with simulation: "Severe ** GetSurfaceData: Zone has no surfaces"

Hello everyone! :)

I've just simulated a baseline model with the four orientations in only one idf file, so after running the simulation, it appears the parametric processor black window and then the two first simulation windows (0000 and 0001), everything is ok so far ...
My problem comes when the 0001 closes just after 3.67 seconds and immediately appears the 0002 window.
So, my question is why the second simulation window (0001) closes and doesn't generate the html file. Of course it generates the following error report, mainly containing this: 
"GetSurfaceData: Zone has no surfaces, Zone=SOTANO7:ESCALERA2" for all the zones.
