Is the VRF capacity in the two simulations identical? If not make it so If so, I suspect that the VRF control algorithm causes it to respond more slowly than EnergyPlus. It will be difficult or impossible to make these match. Consider, however, that once the room reaches its setpoint, there is only a small capacity change at any given time. Major changes occur only at night or morning., so 90% of the time the two models should be very close in performance.
