What do you mean by "the cloud", and "the cloud cannot support E+ 7.1"?  If you want to downgrade, you'll have to either manually downgrade all the objects, or write your own parser to follow the translation rules in reverse.

On the other hand we should submit a paper in one month and for this reason we don't have much time.
Do you think there is a way to translate an idf from 7.1 to 6? Thank you,
