EnergyPlus reports IPLV of the EIR and Reformulated EIR chillers in the EIO and standard tabular output file. The performance curves used for the chillers should meet the minimum temperature limit requirements as specified in the ARI 550/590 to calculate IPLV otherwise E+ will not be able to calculate it.
