Hello!
When I saw the errors messages, I think your problem is a blank field, dry-bulb. You have entered the wet bulb calculation method so the dry-bulb flied must be fill.
Have you try this?

Here's what i get in the err file, please tell me how to fix this:
** Severe ** SizingPeriod:DesignDay: TUCSON ANN HTG 99.6% CONDNS DB
** ~~~ ** ..invalid Wetbulb or DewPoint at Maximum Dry-Bulb is blank.
** ~~~ ** ..field is required when Humidity Condition Type="WetBulb".
