We are not responsible for BEoptE+.  You need to ask
them.  They should have a distribution license for the version they
are supporting if they are not going to keep pace with the EnergyPlus
release schedule.

As to the unsuccessful run -- you need to look at some error file to
determine why it was unsuccessful.  Only a few objects changed
syntax from V7.1 to V7.2.
