Thank you very much. I found what the problem is. It's the setup in Sizing:Zone like you said. Since different zones need different HVAC performance, it brings about problem when I use the same size for them. I increased the design heating T for two zones and then it's OK. Thanks for your help.

That's good. I don't know how familiar you are with e+. You need to narrow the search. I suggest reporting the mass flows and temperatures for both air and water on your coil nodes. To do this you'll need to request the output variable report dictionary, with the idd type. The rdd file that is produced after simulation will contain all the report variables you can report for your simulation. Find those pertaining to system node temperatures and flowrates. Copy them into your idf and replace the * wildcard character with the relavant node names you would like to monitor. Find where the mass flows are zero and look to those componants for bad schedules.
