[EnergyPlus_Support] HVAC modeling

Hi,

I am trying to modelize the HVAC system of my building.

There are several splits and systems on the ceiling (I don't know how to translate this...), which are connected to 2 units on the outside. I have the reference of all this equipment, but I only found commercial booklet, which shows the basic characteristics (power, air flow). How can I know these system technologies?

For modelize it, it seems I have 2 possibilities (indicated on the E+ documentation, section Group - HVAC Templates):
 - direct expansion cooling, packaged and split system
 - packaged variable air volume systems using direct-expansion cooling

Knowing that I want to control setpoints (heating and cooling) and air flow, which configuration is the most appropriate?

Thanks,

AG
