I think you could just attach the file to the email thread-- Not to say the answer will surely be provided. Also density of the material would have an effect.

I´m considering everything the same for both simulations. I've already checked the same day and the surfaces temperature are still higher for "concreto celular". I´ve also already changed the property of materials to be the same, except about conductivity and density. The roughness are equal. I don´t know how to upload the file that I'm trying to run, if i did, I could upload to someone try to solve the problem. My teacher knows a lot about E+ and neither he could help me... I have a graduating work to delivery next week and it´s blocking me.
