The above is from .IDD file.  Should be able to enter these from the IDFeditor.
 
The boiler may use different type of fuel, and list the smallest one first.  May be I saw it in the ref. building examples.

I'm looking for an .idf example file in which there are two boilers in the same loop and they operate in the "sequential" way (from "Input Output Reference" manual: "Sequential uses each piece of equipment to its maximum part load ratio and will operate the last required piece of equipment between its minimum and maximum part load ratio in order to meet the loop demand").
