Looks like you are using different third party software.
Roof upside down, surface non confex, etc. are all known problems. The names seems to show that you were using two diffeent sofrware.
They can be corrected or ignored (because EPlus provided the correction during simulation), depends on what you are doing.
Your last error list showed the summary section. There must be some other entries above those lines.

If your result looked acceptable, the sever error may be ignored. If that zone temperature look different from the others, there are some real problems. Post your IDF to find out.
