As part of quality control in i.e. LEED models, I need to check that indeed the people are getting their required fresh air from the system. There have been instances where I noticed that the energy results didn't make sense and had to dig around until I found the error was in the outdoor air.
Is there a way to easily check this? I would like to have the total outdoor air delivered into the zones over the entire simulation, in m3, summing it like any other resource, similar to gas or water.
I thought the new ASHRAE 62 report would be the answer, but it seems this is only for demand controlled vent? (Need some better documentation here IMHO!)
The OutdoorAirSummary report is a step in the right direction, reporting "average" and "minimum" during occupied times, but I feel the sum in m3 for each zone plus all zones together would be a useful addition to my QC process. Maybe also broken down into un/occupied times.
Any suggestions?
