You would have to model an actual installation that is outfitted with monitoring then cross-reference your model with actual data.

What type of PCM are you modeling?

E+ does not really do a great job at modeling PCM's, so you will have to understand how to debug and check your model. Also I would have responded to other emails you sent but you have not been clear on what help you actually need.  For instance I can provide you with data-sets and examples if that would help.
