Dear ALL

For countries like the Arabian Gulf states â?? UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabiaâ?? ( 30^o-to-60^o  East , 15^o ?to- 35^o North)

What is the best practice: to MAKE THE WINDOWS FACE SOUTH OR FACE EAST

these countries are extremely hot and humid most of the year and moderately cool from Nov. to Jan.
