[EnergyPlus_Support] supply air and exhaust air in different zones

Hi,

currently I have to model an office building with individual office rooms grouped around a public zone.
The air is supplied in the individual offices, flows through the public zone and is extracted in the toilets and copy rooms.

I searched the manual but I have no idea how to do this. I must admit that I am a beginner concerning HVAC with e+.
How can I model the air flow?
