Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Parameter for indoor air quality

Hi

actually I am not looking into emissions due to sulphur, PM, nitrogen, or CO2... and those things which are from a fuel source.

All I need to know is, is there any output from energyplus simulations, which gives you an idea of the indoor air quality in the zone. For example, to know the thermal comfort in the zone I would look at PMV values. Similary, I wanted an indoor air quality measurement.

Hope that is a bit more clear.

Hi,

You have to know the flow emissions (m³/s) after you can add these in order to estimate de pollutant (VOC) concentration. You can also simulate CO2 but this parameter don"t give the IAQ of your building.

What do you want to do exactly?

Good luck!

Oscar.

Many thanks,
