In that case you want design conditions...   IF the location for the weather has design conditions in the ASHRAE Fundamentals Handbook, then you'll get a .DDY file with design conditions -- a design day conditions file when you run your EPW through the Weather Converter.  (It's also in all the EPW .zip files that you can download from the DOE web site.)
 
These are also in the EPW header lines and you'll see that information in the .STAT file as well.  The .DDY file has the design day data in .IDF format -- you can just cut/paste from the .DDY into your project.  (You can open them in the IDF Editor as well.)
