This is a common problem with most existing models. If the lines and surfaces do not meet properly in the original drawing, it can look good but it will not
translate. We routinely expect to use what we get as a guide to redraw the model. Healing routines are available for solid geometry models, but energy modeling is too low on the food chain.

I tried the same procedurw. However, the roof is not a compact solid connected to the building but is presented as a shading surface.
