Note that you should specify in your IDF:
Output:VariableDictionary,IDF;
This will create a .rdd file which contains a listing of all possible report variables. There are literally hundreds (or more). I have only shown a few samples ? there are more that might work better for you.

Hi,
I'm trying to get total heat gain through external wall in a zone. I found following variable gives surface heat gain.
Surface Inside Face Net Surface Thermal Radiation Heat Gain Rate
Surface Outside Face Solar Radiation Heat Gain Rate
Can anybody suggest me what output variable i need to choose for this??
