Hi, HJ
Same as a partition wall or inter zone surface. The partition has two constructions using the same set of material in different oders. (Normal and reversed) Outer layer of a floor has the same material as the inner layer of a roof or ceiling. The two constructions are used onr st s time. Hi all,
I have a two story building and thus will have interior roof and floor. I wonder does Energyplus calculate the interior roof and floor as one surface or as two surfaces (i.e. floor+roof). I used Openstudio to create building model and it defines two surfaces as interior roof and floor separately, but their material are the same. So I wonder if E+ treat the two surfaces as one?
