Hi HJ,
Energy consumption of hybrid ventilation systems will vary a lot based on climate, building type, occupant behavior, etc. Comparing to just one building could be misleading, so you'll definitely want to find multiple similar buildings to compare to, if you can.
The Center for the Built Environment at U.C. Berkeley has done a lot of work on mixed mode buildings and you can find a lot of resources and reports, including case studies with energy consumption, on their website:
http://www.cbe.berkeley.edu/mixedmode/index.html
Also, IEA Annex 35 on hybrid ventilation, called "HybVent", included case studies and produced a ton of reports that can be found here:
http://www.hybvent.civil.aau.dk/index.htm
Hope this helps.
Sam
