There are ASHRAE IWEC2 weather files for Amman as well as eleven other locations in Syria. The entire set of 3,012 IWEC2 weather files are available on a DVD from ASHRAE (www.techstreet.com/cgi-bin/detail?product_id=1823067) for $229.
Individual IWEC2 weather files are now also available from my company (White Box Technologies) in various formats (BINM for DOE-2, EPW for EnergyPlus, etc.) for $35 per site. I will be posting a general announcement on various bulletin boards about this in a few weeks time about this in a few weeks time after the Web page has been completed and tested.
