Most conventional spaces have at least 6 sides (floor, four walls and a roof).  EnergyPlus spaces that have fewer than four walls are likely missing walls.  Therefore, the heat balance is not taking into account the loads or gains through the missing walls.  This is what the error is telling you.  If the zone "UP TO FANRM   2NDFL 60" truly has fewer than six surfaces, or the missing surfaces are adiabatic, then you can ignore the warning.

Do you have a 6 sided box? I have had this warning when modeling single surfaces and did not think it mattered much.
