If you only need the condensing loop then you'll have to build it from scratch. Plant:MixedWaterLoop is the default for the Water to air heat pump template but it expects a boiler and tower to be specified......I'm new to E+ so that's my understanding! If you avoid the water to air heatpump template then you should be able to specify a single condensing loop.
I've just simulated an aquifer thermal energy storage system and used the condenser loop to simulate the heat transfer that would be expected (25 deg c max in cooling mode, 9 deg C min in heating mode). It needed a few setpoint work rounds to get the flow rates and temps out but the results I ended up with seemed reasonable.
