[EnergyPlus_Support] Suspicious low temperatures during design run

Hello,

I'm working on a tower block under tropical climate, of which I'm in the process of modelling the first 7 floors. I've added a chiller, air handling units and VAV terminal units with reheat, using HVACTemplate objects. All the fields that can be autosized are. I'm at the stage of just verifying that things seem to work ok. And? they don't.

During a design day run, in some air conditioned zones but not all, the mean air temperature stays around 11.6 or 12.8 degC for some reason, even though the thermostat is set to 26 for all rooms.

I've checked the predicted load for these zones, it's zero. I've checked the thermostat (in eso). I'm not too sure what's going on and what to do next. How does one usually go about investigating a problem like this? Is that a common problem (i.e. user mistake) or do I need to send my idf?

Thanks!
Patrick
