LEED 2009 BD&C have a prescriptive compliance path for Small Offices and use ASHRAE's Advanced Design Guide for Small Offices as the reference. A small office as per LEED here is less than equal 20000ft2. I may have seen a Advanced Design Guide for Medium Offices, but I can't remember for sure. I have quite a few at the office. Email me on Monday if I forget to check for you.
