Suggest downloading the latest BETA, as PV has undergone some recent improvements. The place to start are the online PDF and video tutorials, and the place to get help are the designbuilder online program manual (just search for your keyword), the designbuilder forum and this forum.
DesignBuilder has HVAC templates for most systems. Start with these perhaps. Or the example files.
