Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] too many warning errors

Hi Roza,

Sometimes ,this kind of problem occurs when the DX cooling coil model calculates the operating sensible heat ratio (SHR) for a cooler outdoor air temperature and when the ratio of supply air flow rate to the cooling capacity at a given time step is low. In this situation, the DX cooling coil model predicted air outlet humidity ratio goes way outside the moist air psychometric valid range(e.g. negative humidity ratio).

You have limited or no direct control over it.  Probably, you may minimize it if you could use the maximum allowed flow to capacity ratio by increasing the design supply air flow rate.

Hope this helps,
Bereket

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] too many warning errors

Hi. Running the model I have made, I get the following warning for 363 times!
What is the problem? Can I trust the results and use them?
Warning ** Calculated Humidity Ratio invalid (PsyWFnTdbH)
~~~ ** This error occurred 363 total times; during Warmup 0 times;during Sizing 0 times.
