Try Weather Analytics... they can provide TMY-type data as well as actual data up to recent days. It does have a fee.

Hi Dear,
I have downloaded Real-Time Weather Data from U.S DOE website to Madrid location (http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/weatherdata_request_search.cfm). I intend to simulate on EnergyPlus from 09/01/2012 to 09/30/2012 (Solar Decathlon competition period) but the data exists just until February 2012? Could I get chance to have desire climatic file until September 2012?
