There are weather files for 2012 for 4 weather stations around Madrid (Madrid-Torrejon WMO #0802270, Madrid-Getafe WMO #082240, Madrid-Cuatro-Vient WMO #082230, and Madrid-Colmenar WMO #082190) available at my website WBT Weather Data. The cost for individual year historical weather files is $50.
