I dont think so. you have yo use a cfd code and run a transient simulation. eplus only gives you final concentrations but you cant see where is your pollutant. the problem is more complicated for big zones like open spaces. i hope now i really help you with your question.

The same happens in air. The question was if this aspect of the contaminant model is captured in e+.
