According to the I/O, you need these objects in the compact model:

For water to air heat pumps with boilers and cooling tower
- HVACTemplate:Thermostat
- HVACTemplate:Zone:WaterToAirHeatPump
- HVACTemplate:Plant:MixedWaterLoop
- HVACTemplate:Plant:Boiler
- HVACTemplate:Plant:Tower

I already used it the way the example file works and it seemed to be accurate.

Try with these objects, I believe it will work!

Good morning,
I really need help on this.
I don't know how to model a water-cooled VRV system (with cooling tower)

Is there any approach on how to model it?

P.S. It is an office building. There will be from 3-4 offices in each floor. Each office will install their VRV system (condenser and evaporative unit.). VRV systems will be wáter-cooled. There will be only one cooling tower in the roof and the wáter from this colling tower will be conected to each office(we will use one condenser pump for the cooling tower).
