[EnergyPlus_Support] System for simultaneous heating and cooling

In the next future I'm going to model a "packaged unit for simultaneous and independent production of heating and cooling energy". In other words, it is a heat pump that works among the hot water loop, the cold water loop, and water coming from an aquifer. You can see pages 6 and 10 of this brochure:
http://www.flaktwoods.com/d2005274-af58-418a-9a2b-8d7a63bee1ee
Actually, I think that the picture at page 10 is not a perfect representation, because during summer season only the "heat circuit" should be connected with the "source circuit", in order to remove the excess heat. The opposite during winter season. Probably there are some valves that are not represented in the picture.
I ask your help, please, in order to understand what objects I could consider to model such a system in EnergyPlus.
With Regards
Francesco Passerini
