E+ supports normal solar heater evacuated glass tube type absorbers. They can be put on any surface. See the example files folder.

If you want your pipes imbedded in the masonary, I would try look at either PCM (I believe they can be actively charged) or construction:internalsource and couple it to the source side of a waterheater:mixed object. I would suspect that a custom control of pump via EMS would be required as I don't think the HVACLowTemperatureRadiant object is allowed to sit on the supply side of a plantloop...though that would be ideal. 

Sounds interesting, but not for beginners.
