The best computer models of climate can’t predict next year, let alone the next 20 years! You’re going to need to make some general assumptions and hope they’re right. The globe has apparently been cooling slightly for the last decade or so and no one seems to have a clear idea why. Perhaps you could make a couple of assumptions, one for “slight cooling” and one for “slight warming”, then evaluate the impact.
