[EnergyPlus_Support] HVAC: Constant Water Temperature

Hi all,
I'm new to EnergyPlus and I have a problem with the HVAC system.
I explain short my problem:
I only model one room of a building. This room has three fan-coils and three radiators. The problem is, we don't have any energy producer for the hot water and cool water circle in the building. The water is heated and cooled by a district heating/cooling through a heat exchanger. We have a constant flow temperature in the heat and cool water circle. Now my question:
How can I model a constant heating and cooling flow temperature for the fan-coils and the radiators.

I hope, it is cleary informed. Thanks a lot and best regards

Jens
