[EnergyPlus_Support] Deck Temperature Schedule

Hi all,

I use Openstudio to create a VAV system without reheat. It automatically 
generate a schedule fro deck temperature (12 C)and was used at the 
setpoint manager after the cooling and heating coiling. Since I don't 
use reheat, does this mean my supply air temperature will always be 
maintained at 12 C no mater heating or cooling? What should I do to make 
the heating working in winter?
