These are "rated" u-values. Each rating authority will make different formula and constants for calculating the rated u-values. E+ used ASHRAE 90.1. See the output details documentation for more detail.

Dear group,
I am simulating a building and I noticed that the U-values of the opaque elements are different than the expected values. The html report gives two values for the U-factor (film and no film). However, these values are not the same as my handwrite calculations. Do you know why is this (I used handwrite and a built in excel file given by the national energy service of Cyprus for U-value calculations) ?RegardsGeorge Georgiou
