Are you asking for a spreadsheet tool that generates performance curves, or is it something else?  The question is not clear enough.

If you are looking for a spreadsheet tool that generate performance curves from manufacturers data, you may use the CurveFit that comes with Energyplus distribution.  There is also a technical report document that helps you in creating the curves, the weblink was posted earlier today by Richard: http://www.fsec.ucf.edu/en/publications/pdf/FSEC-CR-1910-12.pdf

If you are looking for example file look for VariableRefrigerantFlow_5Zone.idf in energyplus example files. The example file is a good example file to start with.
