But doesn't modeling the boiler to be electric imply that it is water that transfers the energy, and there might be loses in heat energy from the hot water loop? also, there is the water high specific heat
I mean it feels different from using electric heaters directly in the FCU where air passes over the hot wires directly, i.e the heating source is inside the FCU with no need to water pipework which can lose energy while transporting water, or can delay heating the space because water has to be heated relatively slowly first.
