[EnergyPlus_Support] Low temperature radiant system - check return water temperature?

Hello,

I am modelling a small room with a heated floor and I would like to check the return water temperature of the system in every step. 

Is there a possibility to apply a sensor or node at the end of the circuit and check water temperatures?

Moreover, if the heated floor is concrete core activation the most common way to actually build the system is to have prefab slabs of 1.2m wide and the supply water is coming in from the one side and getting out from the other. So, in this case we have several loops in a room/zone which altogether added are the circuit length. Is there a way to distinguish these two cases (having different circuit length and different loop length)?

I am using DesignBuilder initially and then I import the results in EnergyPlus in order to make small changes in EP. So, if you know a way to do it in Designbuilder you are welcome to do so.
