I couldn’t find any mention to ventilated façade related objects
How can we model a ventilated façade including windows in E+ V8.0? any idea will be welcomed

It’s in the EnergyPlus folder, typically “C:\EnergyPlusV8-0-0\Addressed_Issues-V8-0-0”

It's telling you that your windows are designated as external environment and should have outside boundary condition as OSCM -- you should examine the "addressed issues for the releases V7.0, V7.1, V7.2, V8.0 to see where this restriction changed.
