[EnergyPlus_Support] Error in SPAIN weather file, Cadiz and Ciudad Real [2 Attachments]

Dear Enery plus simulators,

I detect in simulations that the weather files of SPAIN:

ESP_Ciudad.Real.083480_SWEC

ESP_Cadiz.084520_SWEC

have errors in epw files.

The error is that in Cadiz the data starts at 13:00 p.m. of 2nd of January, and in Ciudad Real at 16:00 p.m. of 1st of January. This error makes that in simulations the maximun radiation and temperature were in 4:00 a.m. so the simulations with this files generates false energy consumtions.

I attach two possible repaired files.
