This is correct, the code is missing logic for the door case and the films are not being applied as they should.
I have filed a bug report on this.

You are right, it could be an error. The eio file reports U-factor of opaque surfaces without air films. It appears that the html output is reporting the U-factor without air film for both the fields (with and without air film).
I could not find anything else on the exterior door output in the documentation. Submit a ticket.
