Silvia,

I think the source side is the ground loop.  The load side should be your radiant floor.

Have you checked your flows?  Are they as you specified?  If autosized, are the flows consistent with your other criteria like temperature difference?

What you are saying means that the heat pump and the ground heat exchanger (source-side) are not enough powerfull to respond to the radiant floor demand (load-side)... am I right?
