Hi,

look at the building surface of the window element. It must have the same name of the wall, that's why your window disapeared.

I have problem to add another window into existing model.

At first, I created an energy plus zone and drew a rectangular on one side of the wall in sketch-up, it auto become a window for me, but when i closed and re-open the file, i double check the object info, it doesn't recognize any window, and their is no window option in the "Object TYPE" selection anymore, only wall, roof, floor, ceiling left.

Anyone know how to fix this?
