The csv outputs will be that way. as you
have
described.
I am unsure how the tabular results will show. From the
attached it
looks like it will sum them all. Not sure what would
happen if you
asked for tabular monthly reports.
I can also send you the weather file that created this
one -- it's a bit
of a manual process to create the weather file -- the
weather converter
can't do it. It's only a two year (so I could show a
leap year
day)

Answer is yes -- read about:
RunPeriod:CustomRange
Tabulated results -- tabular will sum them all, they will
be presented in
csv reports sequentially.
Does that mean if the run period
were from July 15, 2012 through July 14, 2013, the tabulated
results
would be :
July (2012) partial
Aug (2012) full
...
Dec (2012) full
Jan (2013) full
...
July (2013) partial
?

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] Does EnergyPlus
accept multi-year
weather files with arbitrary begin and end dates?
I suppose I can find the answers by doing some test
runs, but I thought
I'd ask and see if
anyone knows the answer to the question posed in my
subject
line.
If EnergyPlus can accept multi-year weather files, e.g.,
one that goes
from July 15, 2011
through July 14, 2013, how would the monthly results be
tabulated
?
